Art Lab is the perfect space host your event! The Gallery is the perfect space for baby showers, bridal showers, couple showers, birthday parties, fundraisers, small receptions, retirement parties, corporate meetings, and other private events! Furniture: 

Art Lab's furniture can be used or moved to storage room based on renters preference, the Grand Table cannot be moved out of the gallery. If renter needs additional furniture outside of what is stated above renter will need to provide those rentals. If you have rentals they will need to be picked up from the Gallery promptly. Art Lab will work with renters to provide as much flexibility as possible.

What is not included: 

Food, Beverage, and Service is not included in rental and is to be provided and arranged by Renter

Availability:

Art Lab is available for rent Thursday - Saturday afternoon and all day Sunday. Events shall conclude by 11pm, If you need to set up for your event in advance Art Lab will accommodate as able with our existing class schedule.

Pricing: 

Pricing is based on the day and duration of the rental:

Thursday: $300 for 3 hours or $700 for all day 

Friday: $400 for 3 hours or $800 for all day

Saturday: $500 for 3 hours or $900 starting at 11am 

Sunday $250 for 3 hours or $500 for all day

You may add extra hours to your 3 hour rental for $100 an hour

Deposit:

A $500 refundable deposit is required to secure your date. This deposit is to pay for any unexpected damage to space or furniture. The day after your event Art Lab will refund you the deposit. Should there be damage to the space or furniture Art Lab will email you photos and a breakdown of costs for the portion or all of the deposit being retained.
